Data Collection and Storage

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All your dhikr tracking data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes:

• Dhikr entries (names, Arabic text, daily targets)
• Completion records and tap events
• Daily summaries and statistics
• Prayer completion tracking
• Your preferences and settings

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data will be stored in your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service. This allows you to sync your data across your Apple devices. This data is:

• Stored in your personal, private iCloud database
• Encrypted by Apple during transmission and storage
